30L Bag-in-Keg

The 30L Bag-in-Keg (30L one-way PET keg with inner liner) is a single-use explosion-proof keg built around an inner bag compression dispensing system. A sterile aluminium foil inner bag is contained within the double-layer PET barrel structure. During dispense, CO2 or compressed air enters the space between the PET container and the inner bag through the keg coupler, squeezing the bag to push beer out without the gas ever contacting the beer itself. This keeps the beer fully oxygen-free and preserves flavour and freshness throughout the keg’s life.

Because beer is isolated from the pressurising gas by the inner bag, there is no requirement for food-grade CO2, gas cylinders, pressure regulators, or the associated equipment and transportation costs. The keg is compatible with standard keg couplers across types A, D, S, M, F, U, G, and T, and with standard filling equipment, giving breweries and distributors maximum flexibility. An automatic pressure relief valve is built into the closure to ensure safety during transport and at the point of dispense.

The double-layer barrel structure and updated higher-level material specification deliver enhanced pressure resistance, oxygen barrier performance, and freshness retention, making the 30L keg with bag suitable for both local distribution and extended supply chains.
